Auction and Real Estate Services, Inc. provides customers with auctioneering
services for a broad array of assets. While we can accommodate many
types of goods, our Iowa auctioneers specialize in the sale of real
estate, house, land, and Iowa farm auctions. We also provide auctioneering
services for antique, farm equipment, and business liquidation auctions
in Iowa and surrounding midwest states. Our wide range of expertise
has allowed us to reach over $20 million in gross sales.
If you are unable to attend an auction in person for any reason we can
accept proxy bids online. Your bids will be considered just as if you
were in attendance and you will be contacted via telephone or email
to discuss payment and shipping or pick-up arrangements. We accept both
business and personal checks and we will gladly assist you in shipping
and packaging your item for a nominal fee.

You must be 18 years or older to place a bid. No exceptions.
